Spring Book Sale 2025!
Many of the books on sale this week for $0.99 or less have been reviewed here on Periapsis Press!
The 2025 Spring Based Book Sale, hosted by Hans G. Schantz, contains lots of great books on sale for $0.99 (and some for free)!
Hans says on the sale page, “With over 200 books in the sale, there’s a lot to see here. It’s like browsing an eclectic bookstore with a surprisingly good book hidden on every shelf. And the store is full of based books instead of random selections.”
While the proliferation of alternative fiction options is wonderful to see, readers may find themselves spoiled for choice. A list of 200 titles can be intimidating!
So where should you start?
Below are the indie sci-fi and fantasy books that we have reviewed here on Periapsis Press. You know we only review books we like, so each of these has our heartfelt recommendation!
There are also additional titles we have not had yet reviewed by many authors we have recommended in the past.
Keep an eye out for works by T.J. Marquis, N.R. LaPoint, C.S. Johnson, L. Jagi Lamplighter, Kit Sun Cheah, Joseph L. Kellogg and more!
